Luke 2:14 (KJV) Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
To God be all glory honour and praise! He alone is worthy. By sending His only begotten son Jesus Christ to go to the cross, to die for our sin and to rise again that we can be born again, have a new life in Him, God the Father, showed His goodwill towards all people. Through Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, we now can have peace with God and inside us, being reconciled with God.
Psalms 67:1-7 (KJV)
1 To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.
2 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
3 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
4 O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
5 Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
6 Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.
Jesus will rule the nations and judge the people.
When God blesses us His people and shines His light on us it is a witness to others to start knowing God’s ways, fearing God and that results then in the salvation.
I am challenged to share the gospel more and more and also testify of what God has done in my life’s letting His light shine.
Salvation glorifies God and brings forth praises to Him.
Salvation results in the unspeakable joy that is beyond our circumstances.
Habakkuk 3:17-19 (KJV)
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
