Psalms 62:5-8 (KJV)

5 My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.

6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved.

7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God.

8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

God is our refuge and salvation in Jesus Christ. He is the rock on whom we build our life. In Him we should trust all the time for He is trustworthy. He never fails.
Therefore we can tell Him everything that is on our heart, give Him all our burdens and then we can expect His intervention because He gives the the assurance of faith that enables us to be still and wait patiently for God alone to come through.
