Leviticus 18:3 (KJV) After the doings of the land of Egypt, wherein ye dwelt, shall ye not do: and after the doings of the land of Canaan, whither I bring you, shall ye not do: neither shall ye walk in their ordinances.
We are not to walk according the worlds standard but GODs. His ways are higher. His ways are better. His ways are wholesome. His ways are for the good of everyone. His ways oppose the ways of the world. Actually the world opposes GODs ways. The worlds ways are abominable to GOD (see verse 30) and cause harm. Have a look at the list of abominations in this chapter and you can see that these are more and more happening in the world. Jesus said Matthew 24:37 (KJV) But as the days of Noe (Noah) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Day by day we are getting closer to Jesus Christ talking us home and the outpouring of GODs judgment on the world. Let us decide now to follow Jesus no matter what to walk by faith and let the Word of God wash us Ephesians 5:26-27 (KJV)
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
The LORD is separating His people, preparing them to be taken home. His light will shine brighter than ever in this ever increasing darkness. He is calling the world and His people to repentance sending His Word of Truth to His church and sending His gospel out through His glorious church to a world in utter darkness.
Let us decide to become part of His last move over this world and be ready for Him to take us home. Let us walk in His ways and not the worlds.
