Habakkuk 3:17-19 (KJV)
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.
What a great attitude. This shows 100% trust in the LORD GOD Almighty. GOD always knows best. He often allows sufferings for good reasons only He knows “Romans 8:28 (KJV) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” There are times when He hears our prayers but does not answer them as we expect. GOD knows best and has given us consolation and good hope. “2 Thessalonians 2:16 (KJV) Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,”
Let us be encouraged no matter what happens let us fully trust in the LORD, rejoice in Him not based on our circumstances but enjoined because of who He is. He is our salvation in the end. He is our strength so we can persevere and endure. He is our hope and never disappoints. “Romans 8:24-25 (KJV) For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? [25] But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.”
