Psalms 119:63 (KJV) I am a companion of all them that fear thee, and of them that keep thy precepts.
If we believe in Jesus Christ, being born again by the Holy Spirit GOD gives us a desire to know Him more and also to be with others who believe.

Eleven verses down it says:
“Psalms 119:74 (KJV) They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.” There is a joy when we meet and gather with other believers. This is how the LORD made His church. We all are a part of it and each part contributes. To build up (encourage) the body. “Ephesians 4:16 (KJV) From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”.

We are living in disturbing times and all the more do we need one another. We need to encourage each other in doing the good works that Jesus Christ has called us to. Each one of us has good works that the LORD planned ahead for us.

“Ephesians 2:8-10 (KJV) For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.”

“Hebrews 10:23-25 (KJV) Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) [24] And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: [25] Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.”

Therefore be encouraged today to that if you are in Christ Jesus you are one of GOD’s chosen people and that you are not alone. He has a purpose for you and you will discover and fulfil it when you seek Jesus and fellowship with other believers.
