Psalms 23:2 (KJV) He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

Not only does Jesus Christ give us rest as we saw yesterday but He also leads us to still waters. How does He lead us?

He leads us by His word and His Holy Spirit.

“Psalms 119:105 (KJV) NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”

“John 14:26 (KJV) But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

“Acts 8:29-30 (KJV) Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot. [30] And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?”

Therefore let us be encouraged today to let the LORD Jesus Christ lead us thought His word and by the Holy Spirit.
