Psalms 145:5-7 (KJV)
5 I will speak of the glorious honour of thy majesty, and of thy wondrous works.
6 And men shall speak of the might of thy terrible acts: and I will declare thy greatness.
7 They shall abundantly utter the memory of thy great goodness, and shall sing of thy righteousness.
Let us all be encouraged to daily meditate on:
- The LORD’s glorious splendour of His majesty.
- The LORD’s wondrous works.
- The LORD’s awesome acts.
- The LORD’s greatness.
- The LORD’s great goodness.
- The LORD’s righteousness.
We can do this by thinning about:
- What is recorded in the Word of God the Bible.
- By looking back in what He has done in our life.
- By thinning about what He has done in others people life’s.
- Reading bibliographies/testimonies of mighty men and women of GOD.
- Looking at His creation.
When we do that we won’t be able to hold it in and start speaking about the LORD and what He has done. We will be thanking Him and singing praises to Him.
“1 Chronicles 16:8-12 (KJV) Give thanks unto the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the people. [9] Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him, talk ye of all his wondrous works. [10] Glory ye in his holy name: let the heart of them rejoice that seek the LORD. [11] Seek the LORD and his strength, seek his face continually. [12] Remember his marvellous works that he hath done, his wonders, and the judgments of his mouth;”
GOD is so good and great.
“Psalms 145:14-21 (KJV) The LORD upholdeth all that fall, and raiseth up all those that be bowed down. [15] The eyes of all wait upon thee; and thou givest them their meat in due season. [16] Thou openest thine hand, and satisfiest the desire of every living thing. [17] The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works. [18] The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth. [19] He will fulfil the desire of them that fear him: he also will hear their cry, and will save them. [20] The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy. [21] My mouth shall speak the praise of the LORD: and let all flesh bless his holy name for ever and ever.”
