Proverbs 16:6 (KJV) By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.
Let us be encouraged today and know with one hundred percent certainty that GOD the Father has shown great mercy to everyone by sending Jesus Christ His only begotten Son to pay for the price of our sins by scarifying Himself on the cross. And GOD the Father raised Him up on the third day and now Jesus Christ is seated at the right hand of the Father to make intercession for us. GOD demonstrated that Jesus Christ is the only way to be reconciled with GOD and that He is the Truth and ever abiding and living Word of God.
This realisation is for us to believe in Jesus Christ, call on Him for salvation, make Him LORD of our life and rightly fear Him. This will lead us to repentance Turing away from our wicked ways and turning to Jesus Christ and obeying Him.
“John 3:16-18 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
“Romans 8:32-34 (KJV) He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth. [34] Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.”
“John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”
“Romans 5:8-11 (KJV) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. [10] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. [11] And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.”
“Romans 2:4 (KJV) Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance?”
