Proverbs 1:7 (KJV) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Jesus Christ truth “John 14:6 (KJV) Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”. Both knowledge and truth both come from GOD and GOD is truth. Therefore left us be encouraged to fear the LORD GOD Almighty. When we love, seek, revere, honour, respect and obey Jesus Christ we fear the LORD. From that position, He will teach us His ways by His Holy Spirit, we will to get to know Him more and more and we will obtain and grown in true knowledge wisdom which comes from GOD. Those who are foolish despise and reject this wisdom and knowledge.

Fearing the LORD places us under His care as we listen to Him and we do not need to fear evil. “Proverbs 1:33 (KJV) But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.”. To start this we do what is says in 1 John 3:23 (KJV) “And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.”. We believe that Jesus Christ came to die on the cross for us to pay for our sins. “John 3:16-18 (KJV) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. [17] For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [18] He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”. When we believe we repent, turning away from the sin and the ways of this world and start following Jesus Christ.

Let us pray. Father I come to You in the name of Jesus Christ. !I want fear You and surrender to You. You are the sole of all true knowledge and wisdom. Forgive me for despising You by rejecting the wisdom and knowledge you freely give. Christ. I believe that You, Jesus, died for my sins on the cross, praying the price that I could never pay in full. Please forgive me of my sins. I repent, Turing away from my sins and now will follow and obey You. I call on You to save me and help me to love and fear you more and more. Amen
