Psalms 119:33 (KJV) HE. Teach me, O LORD, the way of thy statutes; and I shall keep it unto the end.
We can thank Jesus Christ our LORD that He provided us His Word and not only that but that by the Holy Spirit He will teach us:
- His word,
- His ways,
- The way we should life,
- What to do and
- So much more.
“John 14:25-26 (KJV) These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. [26] But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”
His word is a light which shows us the way for us.
“Psalms 119:105 (KJV) NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.”
Therefore let us be encouraged and decide that from now on (2026 and onwards) we will place ourself in a position to learn from the LORD that He might teach us of His ways and that we will walk in them instead of ignoring them.
“Micah 4:2 (KJV) And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.”
Let us pray. Father we come to you in the name of Jesus Christ and ask in His name that you help us to make it our number one priority, from now, on to learn your ways and walk in them. Give us understanding and revelation. Teach us your ways through the Bible by your Holy Spirit and help us to be doers instead of just hearing your word and forgetting it. Help us to lay aside anything that hinders us, any sin, and keeps us away from that and instead obey your word as it says in James 1:21-25 (KJV) “Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. [22] But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. [23] For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: [24] For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. [25] But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.”
Amen
