Psalms 25:8-10 (KJV)
8 Good and upright is the LORD: therefore will he teach sinners in the way.
9 The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.
10 All the paths of the LORD are mercy and truth unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.

Continuing on from yesterdays devotion (https://missioncommunities.network/2026/06/03/show-teach-and-lead-2026-06-03/). We are all sinners and needs GOD’s mercy, truth and be taught the LORD’s ways. Therefore let us be encouraged today to humble ourself before GOD. Because as it says in James 4:6 (NKJV) “But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “GOD RESISTS THE PROUD, BUT GIVES GRACE TO THE HUMBLE.””.

If we walk in humility we can be assured that Jesus Christ will teach us His ways and lead us in His paths. Being humble also results in us actually doing the things the LORD teaches us. It brings forth true repentance and obedience – we will keep covenant…..

Let us pray. Father, we humble ourself before you in the name of Jesus Christ. We believe in Jesus Christ and what He has done for us on the cross. That He paid the price for our sins and that if we believe in Him we will be saved. Please forgive us our sins, teach us your ways and help us to walk in them. Amen.
